SYNOPSIS

USING $IMPLE PRODUCTIVITY INITIATIVES TO INCREASE YOUR $ GAIN

 

Introduction

Ever felt that organization is low on productivity due to insufficient manpower? Are there simply too many things to be done with too little time? Or seeking for a change in overall workflow but do not know how to optimize performance?

 

In an environment where resources such as are scarce, it is crucial to achieve a productive workflow by proper planning and utilization of manpower, machine and material to optimize cash flow and performance within the organization. Processes which are not carefully managed will lead to waste, which directly affects the different cost involved and the time loss.

 

This workshop will equip you with the techniques and tools to assist your organization to understand the overview of Lean & Six Sigma concepts, the different Value Stream Mapping to identify wastage along the flow and using Productivity Toolkit to aid in increasing value added margin.
